I got three credit inquiries just processing financing a car from them when that was not necessary because I was pre-approved through my bank before shopping. This was my first time car shopping and the sales manager had the salesman call and try to get me to come put a down payment two days after I had the car. I did not like having a middleman so I asked to speak with him myself. With taxes included I did not exceed my loan amount. I called the bank and finally they made sure I was covered for the full sale amount. What if I didn’t have the amount they asked me to put down? I was willing to give the car back and go shop somewhere else because I would have to if it wasn’t settled by the third day. It took a week for me to go back and sign another buyer’s order after they received the overnight check from the bank. During that time the salesman was texting me and following up and finally the sales manager called me directly following up about the check. I brought my mom to look at used vehicles the day I came back. One had literally just gotten traded in and the customer left so much junk inside from a fast food place. The staff didn’t bother to throw that out after receiving the car. My mom did not feel comfortable buying another car she test drove because it would be sold as is without a warranty or fixing a couple things my mother was negotiating. There are shortages of cars all around so she purchased a truck from another dealer. The hassle I went through makes me want to try to wait six years until my car is paid off before shopping again because that was a bad taste left in my mouth with how everything was handled and how I had to verify that I even owed a down payment and speak with several bank employees for a few days to resolve it. This interfered with me while I was working my shift and trying to tie up loose ends talking with employees on multiple phone calls. I work in the afternoon so I was unable to go back to the dealer before they closed when they were requiring me to come sign more paperwork. The general manager did work with me and agreed to a good selling price. I am willing to send people his way who are looking to get a car. This happened from the very end of August and carried on through the first week of September which was when my work schedule changed causing my availability to be different where I work my shift on different days than the previous month. We had both of our 2018 Toyota Highlanders in to have some factory recall work done and we went ahead and had our 24 month services done as well. From scheduling to drop off and pick up Laura LeClerc did some factory recall work done and we went ahead and had our 24 month services done as well. From scheduling to drop off and pick up Laura LeClerc did a fantastic job! Calvin Peterson in the Rental Department also did a great job start to finish. As always Mike Sandlin did his typical top notch work to fill in over a weekend! Worst Experience Ever If I could I would give 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. My experience was terrible from the start. I came to see a certain car (from Daytona Beac If I could I would give 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. My experience was terrible from the start. I came to see a certain car (from Daytona Beach) and the car mysteriously was sold prior to me arriving. No one called or informed me of this. I ended up leaving with a Prius I didn't initially want. I had my sick mother drive me and she told me I had to leave with a car. That is the only reason I even purchased a vehicle from this terrible Toyota. I would have rather purchased from Daytona. Where they are local and they treat their customers right. When I got home I realized the cover to the trunk was missing. This was only the beginning of the issues I had. The extended 7 year 100,000 warranty Daniel up sold me is now currently invalid. It has been 83,000 and only 4 years. I have called for the past 6 months. No one will call me back. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. The Toyota in California will not take the expired warranty and the warranty company said Arlington needed to fix the issues. They have not doe a thing. This is not a way to treat a customer. I had an issue they said they would cover and they did not. They finally took care of that issue but now my maintenance light is on and no one will response to me. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE. I wanted to take the car back the minute I drove off the lot. I would never purchase a car from here again and never recommend this dealership. I call every morning before work and am told "Someone will return your call" everyday and nothing. I have the copy of the warranty. Save your money and take it anywhere but here. You will only be taken advantage of. More

Easiest car buying experience EVER My experience buying a car at Arlington Toyota could not have been better. They were recommended to me by several different people and my sales associ My experience buying a car at Arlington Toyota could not have been better. They were recommended to me by several different people and my sales associate Amit was recommended by someone who had purchased 4 cars with him. I visited many dealerships in the area but by far I felt the most comfortable with Amit and Arlington Toyota. Amit was very friendly, knowledgable and easy going. As a female shopper, I never felt pressured and I truly felt like Amit listened carefully to all my wants and needs and tried to match me up to the perfect car. I could not be happier with my final choice and how easy they made the entire process. Highly recommend!!! More

Held against our will After being lied to and misled multiple times, we attempted to leave but was locked in the lot in the middle of the night. The certified pre-owned inv After being lied to and misled multiple times, we attempted to leave but was locked in the lot in the middle of the night. The certified pre-owned inventory was subject to a $1700 increase in price for nitrogen in the tires, tint and floor mats. Ridiculous. Non-negotiable, not advertised. After being told our car was covered bumper to bumper and everything in between, the grumpy finance associate attempted to sell us a $500 service plan. When we confronted the person who told us it was covered, we were told, "yeah well it does cover some things but not everything". We should've left. As we asked the finance associate to explain things, he became increasingly annoyed and appeared disgruntled being at work after they closed. When we were finally done with finance, we were given our keys and finished up. We got into our vehicles, newly purchased and the one we arrived in, and attempted to leave only to discover the finance associate locked all the gates when he left minutes prior. We were stuck. We now had two vehicles across town and couldn't leave. We were able to find two of the salesmen that were headed to their car parked outside the gate and they attempted to assist in getting in touch with someone that could unlock the gate. Multiple phone calls were made and all ended with "it's too late, he didn't answer", or "He won't come in it's too far for him to drive". Unacceptable! The grumpy finance associate returned to the lot after over an hour of waiting and started digging through different offices looking for a key that apparently didn't exist. At 1:30am, we accepted a ride home from one of the salesmen and required a ride to return the next day to retrieve our cars. We have spoken to multiple different people within the company and was told they would review the security cameras to see how this happened and get back to us. It has been exactly one month and still no response. Multiple attempts have been made to speak to the GM without avail. An email was sent to the GM requesting a face-to-face meeting to discuss these errors and the GM responded with an email that started with "I don't know you" and finished up with "if you are looking for a donation, please fill out the application on our website". After speaking in great length to the GM's assistant manager regarding these issues, we were told the GM would be in touch and to "be patient". I have exhausted all of my patience and will not continue to stay quiet about these errors. If you choose to buy a vehicle from Arlington Toyota, buyer beware, and make sure you've signed all your paperwork before the sun sets or else you may end up spending countless hours sitting in the parking lot, unable to leave. More
