I returned to the dealership and spoke with Mr. Reese and he generously listened to my concerns and allowed us to trade in the vehicle. He communicated my needs to our AMAZING salesman, Mr. Julian R.! Julian went above and beyond to get the perfect car for me. He spent around 6 hours assisting me and my family and we are so greatfull for his patience and kindness! I’d also like to recognize Mr. Cody W. For his kindness and product knowlede. It also means I can recognize a bad salesperson/dealership in a heartbeat. I have never received the AWESOME level of service and personal attention that I received from Arlington Toyota. I had the good fortune to work with Gil Mariano, Internet Sales Specialist. Right from the beginning, I realized Gil is a one of kind in today's selfish world. I know when I am "worked" by a salesman but Gil is truly just a caring person with a low pressure style. I was so impressed by Gil Mariano and finance manager Daniel Conger that I sought out their general manager, Richard Reese to praise their "customer centered" approach to business. Kudos to Gil, Daniel, Richard and Arlington Toyota. More

Because it was so great we also bought a 2012 Sienna and a set of Window Visors for my wifes 4 runner! No hassles and VIP service. Arlington Toyota has changed so much for the better since I was there about 5 years ago and it has nothing to do with the property. It is all the quality of the people and 1st class service everyone at every level provides. If there were 15 stars I would give them all to Arlington Toyota! More
