He was patient with us, knowledgeable and treated my grandfather, father, and myself with respect. I was nervous getting another car since I already have an auto loan in my name but he made it happen for me (with excellent monthly payments too!) My grandpa wants to go back soon to upgrade his Chevy trailblazer. I got extremely lucky working with Rami, he definitely knows what he’s doing and was constantly asking me if I was happy with the vehicle. I was very hesitant at first, but with a large purchase like this he definitely made me feel comfortable with my decision. I do wish I could’ve gotten a slightly better price tag as it was a little over my budget, but I couldn’t pass up the perks of the vehicle, and Rami made it worth it. Thanks to Richard for going over the extended warranty in Spanish for my dad and grandpa too; I’m glad I decided to get it! I left with a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT, a huge upgrade from my previous 2010 Kia Forte. I hope it works just as great, if not better, than my last car! If not, I know I can count on them to help me out. More

Awesome experience I went to the dealership to look at a Tahoe I had seen online. Chris Baxendale was the first person I seen and asked if he could help me in anyway. I told him about the Tahoe I was interested in seeing and within minutes he had the truck inside so I could take a closer look. It was a cold snowy day so I was very happy to see it inside a warm shop. We took the truck for a ride, he had my trade in looked at and appraised and we started talking about what I was looking for in trade in value and payment. After negotiating back and forth with Chris and Rich Samaniego we were able to come to an agreement that I was happy with and we shook hands. I left a deposit and made arrangements to pick up the truck and finish the paperwork the next morning. I picked up the Tahoe the next morning, financing with Mark Hawkins went just as smooth as everything else, could not ask for a better experience! More

I plan on calling and getting more info on exactly how the extended warranty I purchased works and how I earn points with the mygmrewards program Joe signed me up for. Wish they would have spent more time explaining these things after the sale was made. I feel like I got a good deal with the truck I purchased...time will tell. If needed I will update this review when I find out more about the things mentioned above and how my new truck runs. Trust is something you earn...right Joe :-) Overall, I enjoyed my experience and want to give them the opportunity to convince me 100%. UPDATE 02/15/19 Joe had reached out to me via email stating that if I had any questions to either give him a call or come back in. I did go back to get some answers on my extended warranty and to order some floor mats. Joe pointed me in the right direction. More
