Lets be honest dealing/purchasing cars can be the worst. I worked for a dealership for 4 years while in college, so i know the game a little. But, If youre headed to Phillips Chevrolet for a car purchase, go see Nickolas Aldridge. Very friendly, but not overly friendly (or fake) like you find at most dealerships ive been too. Most dealerships you get those creepy guys that seem like they dont have your interests in mind, but Nick came off honest and genuine enough. Haha. A good kid. Phillips Chevrolet was very clean, in order, and quite inviting. The process was fairly quick, easy and the technology they use for the financing portion was impressive. Im a hard person to please, Ive walked out of multiple dealerships for salemen being too overly positive and smiling at me too much. So for Phillips Chevrolet to travel this path with me, they are a solid group. I wish i lived closer to deal with them again. More

Traverse Purchase Experience Joe Hamdan was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in helping us test drive and purchase a pre driven Chevrolet Traverse. He knew all a Joe Hamdan was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in helping us test drive and purchase a pre driven Chevrolet Traverse. He knew all about the features of the car and patiently helped my wife (who will be the main driver) to get accustomed to the car. He also guided her to take an extended test drive in the area. Here in Frankfort Illinois we were hit by a record-breaking Artic Blast and the temperatures were extremely cold and we had lots of snow. Joe cleaned off the car and made sure all of the seats and interior were heated so that my wife would have a comfortable driving experience. Due to Joe's dedication we purchased the vehicle and are very pleased. We plan on coming back to the dealership and working with Joe to purchase other vehicles in the future. More
