So disappointed when he retired as he really provided outstanding service I had the same service rep, Jerry McLeod, at this dealership for 20+ years. So disappointed when he retired as he really provided outstanding service. Went through lots of service reps for several years after that and not happy with the new ownership at Showcase Honda. I hung in there. For 3-4 years have had Richard Vargas as my service advisor. He takes great care to provide the best service. He’s personable, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars for Richard!! More

First service of my new Civic Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. What I especially appreciated was that the car was not just serviced and washed, but the inside was cleaned and wiped. That REALLY made me happy. The whole experience was outstanding!
