I purchased a used 2021 Kia Sorento in sept 2025. Immediately after taking the car home noticed many service issues, it seems like their pre delivery inspection was done poorly. We dropped off the ca Immediately after taking the car home noticed many service issues, it seems like their pre delivery inspection was done poorly. We dropped off the car at the dealership to have the issues fixed and it is now 1/1/2026 and I still don't have my car. I have been driving a rental from the dealer that does not fit my family of 5 comfortable, I have two car seats and it's very frustrating. The lack of communication from the service department is a joke. I now believe that the dealer ship sold me a bad used car and is playing games. More
