My car has been in their service for well over a 2. 5 month cumulatively over 3 service drop offs. It’s impossible to get any update over telephone or email. Their phone line has left me on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. I still don’t have the car back in my possession and still have no idea where my car is. I feel like I’ve been rob. They don’t offer rentals. They have been a major inconvenience. DON’T EVER CONSIDER GOING TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They cause undue stress and you’ll never get your car back. More
