Serramonte Ford in my opinion is the top Ford dealership in the bayarea. The staff have a welcoming feeling the moment I walked in. Anthony is a true sales person. I went to Serramonte Ford because I was given a notice about a recall on my escape. If I’d known I was going to get “serviced” by this poor excuse of a man, I would have gone elsewhere. He is unprofessional, uncouth and to be quite honest should not be in customer service. Horrible. More
