A Service Center that Truly Serves I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon driving in. I had come in for a recall and was given an explanation of how long it would take and what th I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon driving in. Then I was ushered in to the comfortable waiting area where coffee or tea was available. I had just about completed the work I had brought along, when my car was ready, all clean and shiny. More

ILX Recall Service on my ILX recall was quick but I didn’t appreciate the price gauging for the “necessary service” the car needed (wipers, oil change and filter Service on my ILX recall was quick but I didn’t appreciate the price gauging for the “necessary service” the car needed (wipers, oil change and filter totaling close to $300). Prices need to be realistic and competitive if you want people to keep coming in for service. I only came because it was a recall. I also met with Anthony about a lease for an MDX but didn’t end up getting it. More

Poor customer service. First off, it’s very difficult to get a loaner. I came in for an issue with my AC, which was not properly fixed.
