My family and I came to Florida when I was eight years old. Automax used to be a skating rink my sister and I would come to as kids. I have been employed at Automax for seven years now And they still won’t let me wear my rollerskates to work. I have one daughter and six crazy dogs. Something tells me I’m glad it’s not the other way around. If you ever find yourself at Automax, just asked for Rich, and I will give you the grand tour. Until then have a blessed day.

This is the WORST dealership by far! Worked to make a deal on a car, told I was approved and the manager would be calling only to find out that they SOLD the car, but they had already r Worked to make a deal on a car, told I was approved and the manager would be calling only to find out that they SOLD the car, but they had already ran my credit after the car was SOLD! Spoke with the "finance manager" and was told that it was SOLD and they'd like to put me in another car if there was something else I wanted. Told the salesperson that I was ONLY interested in the one car and I'd like to do as much over the phone as possible as I don't live in the area, he assured me things could be handle in that manner. After speaking with the manager he says "let me see if the car is actually SOLD and I'll call you back in 10 minutes. I'm sure he just waited those few minutes to call and returns the call to say the car was sold at auction due to some issues HOWEVER, I checked their site days later to see the car still listed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! BAIT AND SWITCH FOR SURE AND THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT FOR APPROVALS ONLY TO LURE YOU IN TO JUST PURCHASE A VEHICLE...NOT THE ONE YOU'RE ACTUALLY SHOPPING FOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, CREDIT SCORE, OR MONEY HERE. I'M CONTACTING THE BBB AS A RESULT. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! More
