Purchased a 2021 Genesis G80 2. 5L. The pricing was little high due to me paying cash instead of financing. They did reduce the price after some discussion. After signing the papers 5L. After signing the papers and writing a check we went car with salesman and was handed a key fob with six buttons. I asked for the second key fob and they said they did not have it. I was disappointed. We needed a backup in case we misplaced the key. Got on Genesis web site and they sold me a key card and said it could be programmed by Genesis Dealership. Jenkins Hyundai/Genesis worked an hour trying to program the card. They I needed both sets of keys to program key card. Dealer charges several hundred dollars for a new key and programing. You have to be careful purchasing a used car. I would have given sales and Admin 5 stars if I had gotten both key fobs. Kevin Kyle More

My husband and I went there to buy a truck outright. They finance department ran my name and SS# through 4 different credit companies. Why I don't know, if we were buying a truck outright. They claimed it was standard practice, but after I contacted an attorney I found this shouldn't of happened. We weren't financing the truck. When I called about my concerns I was treated as if wasn't a big deal. It was a big deal. This hurt my credit score. As an apology they sent me a can of nuts. I found this to be insulting. I will never use CarMax again nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
