I purchased my 2021 A35 AMG Mercedes from this dealership and rely on them for all my service needs. The process is always very smooth and a loaner or Uber ride is provided so you don’t have to wait around a and rely on them for all my service needs. It was a pleasure to work with Richey. I can come in on Monday for my service appointment. The service person assigned to me stated that I needed to replace a tire because of the some read I can come in on Monday for my service appointment. The service person assigned to me stated that I needed to replace a tire because of the some reading she noticed when I came in. Instead of understanding the real issue or confirming, she stated that I had to change my tire. At that moment, I asked for Richey, as I had worked with them before. Richey put me at ease and agreed to investigate the issue while my car was serviced. He constantly updated me on my status and eventually called at the end of the service appointment to say there was no issue with the tire. What is the difference in service between 2 different service advisors/managers? Hence, I decided to give five stars to Richey and 3 to the dealer. Please hire more folks like Richey. More
