Bought a new Acura TL back in 2001 and had a great experience then as well as the service dept. along the way. Now that my daughter started driving, obviously that car bacame hers. Unfortunatly she experience then as well as the service dept. along the way. Now that my daughter started driving, obviously that car bacame hers. Unfortunatly she was re-ended and the car was totaled, no one hurt. So where else would I go but Courtesy to look for it's replacement. We found a low milage 2002 Honda Accord and worked with Rick and got a good price. The process was fun, fast and Rick and Sean drive that car to our home! Thanks guys! More

We have been taking our 2007 MDX to this dealership for service for several years. Our customer experience with the service department was always top notch. So when we decided we wanted to trade in our MDX service for several years. Our customer experience with the service department was always top notch. So when we decided we wanted to trade in our MDX & get into a new car, this is where we wanted to look. The staff listened to our needs and helped us get into the car we wanted without any pressure. The entire experience was actually enjoyable! How often can you say that about a dealership? We walked into courtesy Acura not intending to buy the same day, but we ended up driving my dream car home! Rick was so helpful and knowledgable about the MDX. Rick was outstanding! I had been looking at a couple of different vehicles and they actually didn't take one under their dealership because it didn't pass their inspection. I asked over email for the lowe different vehicles and they actually didn't take one under their dealership because it didn't pass their inspection. I asked over email for the lowest drive out price and it was below what I expected and had researched. Will definitely start here first on our next car search More

I just purchased a new RDX from Courtesy Acura. They have a great selection of vehicles, knowable staff and are easy to work with. Rick Armijo did a great job helping me find the right car.
