I worked with Rick Armijo at Courtesy Acura - he was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the process. This was the exact opposite of a high pressure dealership which I greatly appreciated. Rick was great and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. My only after thought was that I wish I had inquired more about the cost difference and difficulty in getting the car color that I had pleasant one. I had been to another dealership based on the internet description of an Acural TL. When I got to the dealership, the car was not as described (differnt interior color). The next day, I went to the Courte description of an Acural TL. When I got to the dealership, the car was not as described (differnt interior color). The next day, I went to the Courtesy website and found the car I wanted. I called and talked to Jeff who took the time to go look at the car and verify it was what was describe and that it was still on the lot. When I got to the dealership, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jeff got me started and then Rick took over. No pressure just very helpful. At the end, there were a few questions about the previous ownership and Tom actually put me on the phone with the previousl owner. This tells me that the dealership has great customer loyalty and was customer service above and beyond what I expected. I'm very happy with the service I received and with the vehicle I purchased. I will definitely recommed this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car. They definitely know how to treat the customer! More

Rick helped me test drive a used MDX which in the end did not meet my desires (options and color) and Rick agreed to give me a call if something else came in. We planned on getting a head start on looking before we brought our daughter to look and help make the final decision on her new car. We came back early Saturday morning with our daughter and test drove and visited 3 dealerships, one of which was Courtesy Acura we spoke with Sean and we test drove a Jeep Liberty. We informed Sean that we had found another Jeep Liberty at a dealership up the way and we wanted to go show our daughter and test drive that car. Sean was very understanding and did not pressure us in anyway to make us feel uncomfortable, he then stated the his chances of selling us a car went down if we left and he indicated that he wanted us to be satisfied with are final decision. We did go to the other dealership and had to wait for 20 minutes till they found the salesmen we had spoke to on Friday. Test drove the Jeep Liberty and realized it was not nearly as clean as the one at Courtesy Acura. We went back to Courtesy Acura and met with Sean and we test drove the Jeep again to make are final decision. Sean was very friendly and informative on the car. He has a great sense of humor and we did not feel any pressure to hurry up and buy a car. We also had the great pleasure of working with Rick Armijo and Zsaree Dunbar. Rick helped out with the USAA discount info that I needed and Zsaree was very helpful in explaining the financing opitions and got us a lower interest rate which was a great surprise! Needless to say we would recommend this dealership, and when we chose to buy another car Courtesy Acura will be are #1 choice. What a great team of people they have there. More

Things started off good with this dealership from the get go. I had been shopping for cars for about a week and went to many dealers across the Denver Metro area. I did a lot of research and checked the inve go. I had been shopping for cars for about a week and went to many dealers across the Denver Metro area. I did a lot of research and checked the inventory of each dealership online and requested quotes via e-mail. Almost all the dealerships quoted me one price in the e-mail but had a different story when I showed up. This didn't happen at Courtesy Acura. I was referred to Rick Armijo at the Courtesy Acura dealership by a friend who just purchased a car from him a week before. He described Rick as "one of the nicest people I've ever met". Upon arrival at the dealership, I was immediately connected with Rick who was very friendly and peaceful. He asked a few questions and then stood back and let my wife and I browse. He was completely non-intrusive and allowed my wife and I to converse and share our thoughts without interupting us. Rick answered my questions in a direct and concise manner. He wasn't trying to "sell" me anything, he was answering my questions which I appreciated. I was interested in the 2011 Acura TSX so I took both the 3.5L and 2.4L out for a drive around the neighborhood and really got the feel of the vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership I made up my mind and decided to purchase a brand spanking new 2011 Acura TSX 2.4L with the Technology package. Rick took my wife and I to a table and offered us some drinks and we got down to business. What I appreciated about Rick was that he walked me through the pricing options line by line and explained everything before arriving at the final price. Gracioulsy, he gave my wife and I a few moments to think it over. I made a counter-offer and instead of being dismissive Rick took my offer and re-crunched the numbers. He came back with a very attractive number and even threw in some accessories at no extra charge. The result was that I purchased a car and had 3 grand knocked off the price I had in my head. Already satisfied with my experience, things got even better. In the past, when buying cars from other dealerships after agreeing on the sale I'm normally left sitting around until the car is ready for me to take home. This was not the case at Courtesy Acura. Rick took me to the showroom and sat me in a car and gave a detailed explanation and demonstration on all the features in the TSX. Before he did this I had thought it would take me months to figure out how to work the car, but Rick showed me everything. I left the dealership really knowing how to operate all the features. I also met almost the entire staff. All in all my experience was excellent. It didn't feel like I was buying a car. Most people feel exploited and like suckers when they leave a dealership. Go to Courtesy Acura and I promise you will leave feeling like you made one of the best decisions in your life. The TSX was for me yet my wife was so impressed by the car and the service that she has vowed to get her next car from this dealership. I know I will always go back to Rick and the entire team at Courtesy Acura. They didn't just get my business, they got my business (and my wife's) for LIFE. More

Went to Courtesy Acura looking for a used MDX. We had been to 5 other dealerships and what an experience we had. Rick was great.
