The salesman that I worked with (Anthony Reynolds) was very knowledgeable, personable, & easy to work with. He had great patience in showing me the cars I was considering for purchase, and in working wit very knowledgeable, personable, & easy to work with. He had great patience in showing me the cars I was considering for purchase, and in working with my mother. Since the purchase, Anthony has checked in on me to see if was happy with my choice and to help with any questions I may have. I would easily work with him again and recommend him to others looking to make a purchase. I did run into one big issue. The vehicle that we were shown on the lot, was the one I picked, a grey Subaru CrossTrek Sport. We went through all the paperwork and each time Anthony checked with the manager concerning the price we offered, it was not accepted. When we finally came to an agreement and Anthony went back to the manager, he was sent back out to tell us the the car we filled out all the paperwork for, was sold. We were told that a gentleman had purchased the car over the phone two months ago and had not yet picked it up. The car was not marked with a SOLD sign, as it should have been. We were shown another Crosstrek Sport, which we ended up purchasing, in cash. Knowing we were prepared to walk away, the manager came over to apologize and offered free Starlink for our troubles. We finished the deal and I drove home in a new car. More
