I entered the dealership, first of 3 I planned to visit that day(Nissan, Volkswagen and Hyundai). Tony Paramo greeted me at the door, was advised of my desire to lease, and to see what it involved. He inqu that day(Nissan, Volkswagen and Hyundai). Tony Paramo greeted me at the door, was advised of my desire to lease, and to see what it involved. He inquired about what I was interested in; and listened! He is knowledgable and astute. About 4 hours later I walked out with the keys to my 2012 Sentra and no desire to visit any other dealership. I had the car I 'dreamed about'. Ricky Cervantes was pleasant without being condescending. I've purchased 7 vehicles since 1977; the first two I had to remove myself from the process and let my husband handle it (and subsequently pay for them); I was not pleased with the salesperson's manner; with four I was a co-decision maker and was pleased; ... and the Sentry, I'm most pleased with my vehicle, and it was the most hassle-free experience of all. I give this Nissan dealership a "10". From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with respect and a smile. They did not have the particular model of the car I wanted, and Joe told me he w moment I walked in the door I was greeted with respect and a smile. They did not have the particular model of the car I wanted, and Joe told me he was 99.9% sure he could get it for me, and for the price I wanted. Two days later, Tony Paramo called me with my car. There was no hassle whatsoever. Purchasing a car as a single woman, that meant so much to me. Tony actually came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. Not only did he go over the car, he gave me a tour of the dealership, service center and introduced me to service manager, so I would know where to bring my car for service tune ups. Rick the business manager, was totally professional, showing me different options to extend warranty, etc. again, with no pressure whatsoever.
