They kept my car for 4 days and deemed it not drivable once they found the issue so that I would have to get the vehicle repaired there. Each day I was told it would be ready the next day and then the nex once they found the issue so that I would have to get the vehicle repaired there. Each day I was told it would be ready the next day and then the next day asked for another day despite me asking to pick up my car. After days of inconvenience, I wasn't even offered a discount. More

It is best to drop off vehicle rather than waiting on site. I was asked upon checking in if I wished to have my vehicle washed. I said yes. After 2 hours I inquired on the status and was told they were w site. I was asked upon checking in if I wished to have my vehicle washed. I said yes. After 2 hours I inquired on the status and was told they were wrapping up and were washing my car. I then proceeded to pay after receiving a text that it was ready. And lo and behold my vehicle wasn’t even washed. I happened to make a comment to my husband as a salesman’s passed by and overhead and was kind enough to ask the tech dropping off my car that I had requested to get car washed. Then he told the salesman yes but she would need to wait another 10 minutes because of some excuse. So if it wasn’t for the saleman, I wouldn’t had been addressed on the matter. No big deal but then why ask I want to get my car washed and then do it. I’ve had another issue a few tire rotations back but a simple hey it’s gonna be another 10 minutes or would you like to wait. More
