My paperwork sad oil change and tire rotation. My tire pressure readings were the same for each tire after the service. My right front tire’s reading was 29 when I came in and when I left. I bought my 2025 Nissan Kicks on December 5, 2025. I noticed a month after purchasing the vehicle, that my front grille along with the emblem was cracked/damaged. I brought this to the sales departmen I noticed a month after purchasing the vehicle, that my front grille along with the emblem was cracked/damaged. I brought this to the sales department's attention immediately. They told me that service would be able to take care of this with my bumper to bumper warranty. However, when I went to the service department, they slapped me with a $2,500 bill and said that the warranty only covers defects - not damages. I showed the service department a picture of when I purchased the vehicle, and that's when my advisor asked with a rude tone, "So do you want us to fix it or not?" I was shocked by this and that's when I requested to speak with the service manager. He was kind enough to wave my diagnostic fee but said to repair the damage (that I did not do) would cost $2,500. Even though I just bought this car which is why I'm disappointed and disgusted with this dealership altogether. To take advantage of a customer like this, is very sad. I know that the sales department knew about this damage when they sold me the vehicle. Hence why it was a loaner vehicle to begin with. I contacted consumer affairs and they denied my warranty due to the damages. The service receptionist provided contact information to the owner and I plan on sending him an email by the end of this week. Hopefully he will make this right. More

The service department was faced with 2 challenges with my truck. The challenges were failure in 2 systems that were almost impossible to find the source of. The service techs never gave up, and Daniel w my truck. The challenges were failure in 2 systems that were almost impossible to find the source of. The service techs never gave up, and Daniel was great at keeping me informed. Once the system failure were found, the response to get the vehicle repaired and back to me became their priority. It took several days, but they got the job done. More

After 2 hours I asked the statues of the cars pool change. I was told he would check. 20 min later I had to ask again and I was told he would check despite being told that before. In addition he never came back and I had to ask again 3rd time. Finally he told me there was a mix up and my car was not serviced. So for 2.5 hits my car was just sitting not being serviced. It took 3 hours for me to get an oil change because of a mix up. This was a huge inconvenience and I even missed my doctor’s appointment that was scheduled later in the day. This was the worst service I ever received. More
