Manager approach was a bit Aggressive and NOT interested in the point I was stating or the fact that there was a Class Action Issue for the problem . I purchased my car from them, at the time there were no issues. However, months later I noticed there were water stains inside on the roof. I brought it back twice before they serviced it. Then I had a fla issues. However, months later I noticed there were water stains inside on the roof. I brought it back twice before they serviced it. Then I had a flat called and scheduled a appointment and was told they had no appointments that week and it qould be a week out before they could see me.... My sensor for the tires came on, and stayed on. I got the car serviced for this tire and paid for a new sensor. The light stayed on, I came back at lease two more times amd was told that I needed new tires, paid for that amd the light was still on. Then, I was informed that due to me using fix a flat I needed to buy a new sensor becuase that messed the first sensor up..... I was never told that I had run flat tires and never to use this.... If I just purchased the car last year even with wear and tare I shouldnt have needed new tires already. Also to have to pay for the same sensor twice within weeks apart is ridiculous. Just think they could have know all of this in the beginning amd saved me and them time. More

Overall, Kelly Nissan has done good work maintaining and servicing my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, and I appreciate the quality of service I have received from the dealership. However, I am disappointed with my servicing my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, and I appreciate the quality of service I have received from the dealership. However, I am disappointed with my recent experience regarding my vehicle’s battery and Nissan’s warranty coverage. My battery was getting low, which caused multiple alarms, warning lights, and sensors to activate. Because there were so many warnings, I had to have the vehicle diagnosed to determine what was causing the problem. I later learned that the battery and related diagnostic costs were not covered under my warranty, leaving me responsible for paying these expenses out of pocket. This experience has made me seriously question the value of purchasing an extended warranty from Nissan. When a customer pays additional money for warranty protection, there is an expectation that it will provide meaningful coverage when problems arise. If common issues such as a failing battery—and the diagnostic work needed to identify that problem—are excluded, it raises the question: What exactly am I paying for? I understand that warranties have limitations and exclusions, but I believe Nissan needs to be more transparent about what is and is not covered. Customers should not discover these limitations only after experiencing a problem and receiving an unexpected bill. I want to emphasize that my concern is primarily with the warranty coverage, not the quality of service I have received from Kelly Nissan. I appreciate the work Kelly Nissan has done on my Pathfinder, but this experience has definitely made me reconsider whether purchasing a Nissan warranty in the future is worth the cost. More
