Mine? Great Service from everyone that came and helped me. I certainly enjoy life and laugh and have plenty of them the day I bought my new Prius. I've certainly got to know Toyota over the last eight years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Excellence of Larry Miller Team I have been receiving excellent service from Rick Emerson on my (former) 2010 Toyota for a while now. Rick is always great to work with and he I appr I have been receiving excellent service from Rick Emerson on my (former) 2010 Toyota for a while now. Rick is always great to work with and he I appreciate his honest and professional approach to maintaining my vehicle. This is the complete opposite experience that I regularly have at ABC Nissan to get my wife’s 350Z serviced. As a result of my ongoing and consistent positive experience with Rick when it came time to buy a new truck my first thought was Larry Miller Toyota. I contacted Rick who put me in touch with Tony Deluca. Tony was great to work with, extremely professional, personable and not overly pushy. Tony also took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that my experience was outstanding. As a result of the exceptional service that I can count on from the Larry Miller Team last weekend I purchased a new 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I am very pleased with the efforts of Tony and Rick and all of the other interactions with the Larry Miller Team that supports their areas. When the time comes for my wife to buy a car we will going with Larry Miller Toyota and I also recommend this dealer to my clients, friends, and family when appropriate. The Larry Miller team has a great approach and chemistry that sets you above the rest! More

Rick Emerson is the best! He is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with the rental car department. I left 2 voice mail messages for the rental department and she never called me ba helpful. My only complaint is with the rental car department. I left 2 voice mail messages for the rental department and she never called me back. However, I was able to use the shuttle service and the driver (Ron) was very nice and I appreciated the service. He also picked up and I was able to get a ride back to the dealership. Ron is a good driver. More

Starting with whomever answers when we call to set up a service , they always have our information at hand , never put us on hold and are VERY friendly and make us feel comfortable . We have been going to Rick for service advice for all four of the family's vehicle for years now , he is always available , always advises in a friendly manner(not pushy as I have seen in other places),always lets us know if there is a coupon price , and you cannot get this excellent level of work (backed by a great guarantee)anywhere else . Rick has been my primary advisor since I got my 2012 Taco. We just finished up with the final Toyota Care service. Rick got the truck in, called with a recommendation from the mechanic (I opted out, and Taco. We just finished up with the final Toyota Care service. Rick got the truck in, called with a recommendation from the mechanic (I opted out, and there was no pressure put on to make me change my mind), and called when it was ready to be picked up. Due to some failure in the electronic cloud, my phone did not register his call, and I got the message 5 minutes before they closed. I live 15 minutes away. I called Rick, he told me he would be around for a few minutes and available to get my truck back to me. He did not rush me out the door once I arrived; he reviewed the service report with me, offered to schedule my next service, and even went over what the next service would entail and cost. I have never had any problems with this service center; I have been around long enough to know that you plan several hours to get work done (yes, even if you have an appointment; although some people seem to feel that the word 'appointment' means that time is magically altered to encompass THEIR needs). I cannot review the sales staff; but if it is anything like my service experiences, I think they will be more than acceptable! Unfortunately for them, Toyotas last, and it will probably be 15 years or more until I look for a replacement. More

Spending $1197.00 for repairs is never easy, but when your're working with a professional like Rick Emerson it makes it better. Rick explained all the problems with my car and the reasons that they shoul your're working with a professional like Rick Emerson it makes it better. Rick explained all the problems with my car and the reasons that they should be taken care immediately for the safety of myself and my family. The repairs were completed on time and my car was washed when it was represented back to me. Rick is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills on top of being a very nice person who's easy to work with. P.S. Larry Miller has the best assortment of Danish in the morning of any dealership in the valley. More
