Will I feel like I belong at the dealership? From the very first time I stepped foot at Ferrari Fort Lauderdale, I was treated like royalty. Several months before making my purchase, I came in to kick the tires and drool on some awesome cars. Rene took me through the showroom and pointed out all the real gems they had there. I left with his card, and a feeling that I would one day come back and buy my dream from him. Several months later I returned, and Rene remembered me and once again rolled out the red carpet. I pulled the trigger on an 09 F430 Spider, a wonderful car for South Florida nights. Not only was the purchase process seamless and stress free, ownership has been an experience in and of itself. Buying here you are not only welcomed as a client but also as a proud member of the Ferrari fraternity. I look forward to the day where I'll be able to pull the trigger on my next Ferrari. More

I called Hank on a Sunday after reading about him in the ferrari chat forums regarding Florda dealerships. He picked up the phone and we chatted for a few minutes about a "new" car they just received. Hank got back to me the next day with details. On Tuesday, I sent over a deposit to hold the car while Hank got me information and pictures on the car. I actually flew out to Florida (from California) on Saturday and purchased the car. Hank is exceptionally passionate about Ferrari and was very responsive to my questions and made me comfortable about buying a car out of state. Having gone through this experience, I would not have any hesitation of buying another car from Hank/Ferrari FFl sight unseen. Rick is the sales manager. He's a little more direct/to-the-point and can come across a little indifferent and disconnected on the phone. In person, he opens up and is easy to talk to, while maintaining his management swagger. I appreciated Rick's insight into the car business and his challenges. More
