Great staff, great personality, great atmosphere. This dealership is top notch and honestly the best service I have ever had at a dealer. It was my first time at a benz dealer and my expectations were well exceeded. I bought a used benz from another dealer, and the Columbus dealer treated me and my wife like family and like we purchased it from them. I can not reccomend them enough. The service center, parts, and sales are all very exceptional. GO SEE THEM!!! More

Ok at first I purchased a Malibu from Rick . Later that week I seen a crack in windshield and i called him he said he didn't know it was there and I need to get i I purchased a Malibu from Rick . Later that week I seen a crack in windshield and i called him he said he didn't know it was there and I need to get it fixed before it spread.so I take it to get it repaired,to find out it was previously repaired.not good business More

Satisfied I recently purchased a SUV from MB of Columbus and in the beginning I was upset with how things were handled. The staff was super friendly and made the experience smooth for me. I purchased a Used Vehicle from them and they treated me as if I were buying one of their Mercedes. I will definitely be recommending the dealership to family/friends for an excellent car buying experience.
