I am a proud father of 4 great kids. My wife Caryn and I are dog lovers and have a Chihuahua named Chia!! We own a home and live right here in Manchester. When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. Rick was patient and completely understanding of my “buyers remorse” before I even bought the 2018 Jeep Sahara. My buyers remorse evaporated after we purchased it. There were no surprises, no pushy sales tactics, it was one of the easiest and uncomplicated purchases I’ve ever experienced. I found Rick to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took his time to explain options and to find a vehicle to fit my needs but still within my price range. I purchased a Cherokee and even the paperwork process was very simple thanks to Rick and Jesse, the finance manager. I was even brought out to meet the service people and walked through through the process for when I came back for service. All in all, it was the best experience I've had buying a car. I would definitely recommend Rick, especially if you're looking for a low pressure and friendly experience with a proven professional! More
