I had never been there before and walked in and asked the gentleman who greeted, Ricky, me to pair me up with the most patient person on the floor. Fortunately, he was happy to take my challenge and I two hours later we'd come up with a great deal, maxing out eligible rebates and end of month dealer motivation! I also wound up getting additional accessories with and vouchers for discounted service in the future as a result of their great customer service policies. Ricky and the team were easy to work with, professional and clearly skilled at addressing all my concerns and relating to my situation. RICK GOULETTE GETS THE DEAL DONE!!!!!! I had been to 4 other dealerships trying to get out of a vehicle that I was significantly upside down in financially, no other dealership could get me I had been to 4 other dealerships trying to get out of a vehicle that I was significantly upside down in financially, no other dealership could get me even remotely in the price range I needed to be in. I had worked with Rick Goulette before and he was great so I went back to Bonneville to see if they could work a miracle for me. Rick knew where I needed to be and worked with the finance department to get as close as they could and I was able to walk away with a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 - I love the truck and am very grateful to Rick and Bonneville for making another miracle happen!! It had over 112k miles and I thought I would need extensive repairs and expensive services. 4 years later, I still have my Jeep haven't spend as much as I suspected for being an old car. Granted, I only bring it to Bonneville for services. Mark and Nick have always being fair and honest when caring for my car. Therefore, I knew that I could expect the same peace of mind when buying a car for my son from them. Rick in Sales Department and Brian in the Financing Department were not only helpful but honest at every step. They help me find the safest car I could afford for my son. We walked out with another beautiful well taken care of used wrangler. Having had Jeeps in the past, I visited Bonneville & Son Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to check out the Grand Cherokees. There I met salesman Rick Goulette. Rick actually listened to what I was looking for in an SUV, not what would give him the biggest commission. Rick pointed out that the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo provided the best bang for the buck. Not having the color I wanted in stock, Rick promised to find one in New England. He was able locate one from a Maine dealer. After the various rebates Rick found for us, the price with trade-in was great. My husband, John and I love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
