Got what I wanted I had a great experience with Rick. We started working through text on what I was looking for. I had a lot of requirements for my next car and he was able to locate the vehicle I wanted getting it to the dealership in amazing time. The Jeep I wanted, style and color doesn’t have the option of leather which was a dealer breaker for me. Rick then went above and beyond to get the leather put in to make the Jeep exactly what I wanted. From Tragedy to Triumph!!! I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2015 from Bonneville and Son. I was in a car accident on 10/18/18 that ended in my Jeep being totaled. My Jeep was like my baby and I was completely devastated after my accident. My experience back in 2015 was amazing and made me return to buy another Jeep on 10/26/18. When people would asked me where I was going to go to get another vehicle I never hesitated saying the only place I will go is to Bonneville and Son. From the moment I walked in the door it was a positive experience, I was greet by a very nice gentleman named Todd who then referred me to Rick Goulette. From the moment Rick sat us down and learned about what happened to my previous Jeep he made it his mission to make sure I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted. He took his time and made sure we selected the perfect Jeep for me, he even consulted Mr. Bonneville himself in picking out the perfect Jeep. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Rick and the care he puts into his work. He's not a typical "salesman", he makes sure he listens to what the buyer wants and then does everything in his power to not only find the perfect vehicle but makes sure you get that vehicle. He made me feel comfortable from the minute we met until the very end. I test drove quite a few different models and not once did he make me feel rushed. Having had some financial hardships in the past, Rick still worked with me to get me the best deal possibly. He even stayed with me well past closing time to go over all the features of my Jeep!.
