I totaled my previous vehicle, and based on a previous purchase from Bonneville, I took a trip up. I spoke to Rick Goulette, and he was immediately trustworthy and very easy to work with. He worked a great deal on a 2014 Grand Cherokee for me, and I was driving it home in less than 2 hrs. I had a rental at the time, and he even arranged to have it picked up for me. I realized the next morning that I had left my glasses in the rental, and he took the time (on his day off) to get them back for me. How's that for service after the sale? I found a minor problem with the Jeep. He was on it, and got it taken care of. Even texting with me at 11:00 at night. Amazing service!! When my wife is ready to upgrade her Wrangler, I'm going straight to Rick. Thanks Rick. I truly appreciate how easy, and enjoyable you made the whole experience. More
