Who doesn’t love nacho cheese Doritos I recently went to Bonneville and Sons looking for a new car. I was pleasantly surprised not to be assaulted at the door by a salesman. Luckily Ricky I recently went to Bonneville and Sons looking for a new car. I was pleasantly surprised not to be assaulted at the door by a salesman. Luckily Ricky Goulette was sitting off to the side ready to answer my questions. We test drove two cars and even took them on the highway. He knew all about the different features of the cars. Everything you expect from an experienced salesman. Not pushy at all. He even shared his bag of nacho cheese Doritos with me while we waited for the paperwork to be finalized. Nice guy. Can’t usually say that about a car salesman. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car go see Ricky. More

Amazing Experience with Rick Goulette Rick is second to none! He completely exceeded all of our expectations during our new Ram 1500 purchase. Throughout the entire process he made us fee Rick is second to none! He completely exceeded all of our expectations during our new Ram 1500 purchase. Throughout the entire process he made us feel as if we were the most important people in his life. First, he made sure he understood our desires and needs. Second, he showed us vehicles and let us test drive various models that helped us narrow our search. Ultimately, when the EXACT model (with options) was not available on his lot, he FOUND one for us from another dealership that was an exact match. During the whole process he was incredibly friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Within 3 days we had the EXACT truck we wanted as promised. Rick is a true man of his word, and he does not make promises he can't keep. On the way to picking up our new truck, my wife got a nail in her tire which began to flatten by the time we arrived at the dealership. Rick immediately jumped into action and had the Service department repair her tire (for free) even though they had just closed for the day. Her car was not even purchased at Bonneville, but Rick did not let that stop him from helping us with this dilemma (REMARKABLE). Finally, when we were finished with the sale Rick spent an hour with us (after closing) to ensure we understood all of our new trucks features. We had never purchased a vehicle at Bonneville before, but one thing is for sure, any future purchases in our family will be with Rick at Bonneville. We feel lucky to have found an exceptional person we can trust to have our best interests at heart. Thank you Bonneville, and Thank you Rick. More

Slick Rick Our overall experience was fantastic. We took delivery of CPO 2014 Grand Cherokee. The entire transaction was smooth and performed on a personal level Our overall experience was fantastic. We took delivery of CPO 2014 Grand Cherokee. The entire transaction was smooth and performed on a personal level. Rick went out of his way to make sure we were treated like family. What really gets the 5 Star rating is how things went after we took the delivery of our new car. On the drive home the passenger front fender trim decided to fall off driving down the highway. We immediately called Rick and returned to the dealership. The way it was handled from here is what really counts. Upon returning Rick and his team came out and apologized for what had happened. A slight embarrassment you can imagine. Now this isn’t something you would expect to be caught during CPO inspection before the car is out for sale. Two small minuscule clips that were missing. Something you could never blame anyone for. They took the car back gave us a rental and made necessary repairs in short fashion. They even detailed the car again and filled the gas tank for us when we picked the car back up. We have never been one to judge on mistakes and mishaps. It’s how those mistakes are handled that defines the character. Rick and the whole team at Bonneville and Sons does what it takes to make things right and make sure the customers are happy. More

Rick Goulette is a top professional salesperson , He went out of his way to help us with a trade in of a 2010 jeep with a destroyed transmission. Rick never pressured us into any sale. He discussed the types of transmissions we would be investing in. He helped us , without being pushy, to understand that replacng the bad part would not be necessarily a great idea. Rick then listened to what we needed in a vechile, as opposed to fixing our older car. He was great with pulling up options on the computer that would fit into our budget. We then learned of a few cars we would like. Our choice was a 2015 red Corolla Toyato. It only had 10000 miles on the car. Rick showed us the certifications that Bonneville offered on its' used cars. That eased my mind, becuause we had never purchased a used car before. Rick brought the car out for us to see It looked great. He said they even put a new battery in when we were there, because the car was not started for some time.It seemed just perfect for our needs, which is mostly local driving. The Financial Part of the sale went as smoothly as we liked. The best part was that since we had been customers of Bonneville for 10 or more years, they returned the almost $500 that we had just paid for the older car to be serviced. That definetly gave me more confidence in Bonneville. Dan Reitz of Finance was easy to work with and went over our contract with us. He also was professional and took his time with us. The company has a new program which will search all of the insurance companies online and give you a comparison quote of the best program for us. This is a new program which, I am sure, will be successful. It certainly makes life much easier. I highly recommend Rick Goulette. He is a super friendly salesperson. We felt we knew him as a great guy when we drove off our Toyota.I felt I have made a friend at Boneville and will always remember the Professional manner and caring way of Rick. I will recommend Rick and Bonneville of Manchester for sales and service. He gave us the time and patience that we needed. We saved $6000 from not putting in a new transmission to being able to use this same money in a good reliable car with only 10000 miles. We also took the extended warrenty for 5 years. Amazing Service and Yes.....We Even Had A Little Fun!! We originally started inquiring online and had set up a time to go in to see some vehicles.. When we got there, the person we had e-mailed with was no We originally started inquiring online and had set up a time to go in to see some vehicles.. When we got there, the person we had e-mailed with was not available and we happened by Rick's desk. He was just sitting down to his lunch at 2:00 PM and he happily put it away to help us out. He even offered us some ;) We had our hearts set on a vehicle that was on it's way from somewhere across the country. Rick helped us get all the paperwork started, got us a great deal and kept in touch with us over the weekend to let us know when the vehicle had arrived and would be ready for purchase. We loved the vehicle when we saw it. It was like a shiny new penny and as clean as any new car I've ever seen. We had a little issue with financing what we needed due to what we owed on our current vehicle. Rick respected what we could afford for the down payment and he and the team got us a great deal to make up the difference. Everyone there was nice, friendly and yes, believe it or not.....we had a little fun. Our kids loved the new vehicle when they saw it tonight. Pretty sure they would have slept in it if we let them. We love it too. Our 4th car purchased here and we'll definitely be back to see Rick someday I'm sure!!! More
