Nightmare turned into a dream I had brought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee on Jan 15th, with only 24,000 miles on it. You'd think with only that many miles ur in the clear and nothing would I had brought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee on Jan 15th, with only 24,000 miles on it. You'd think with only that many miles ur in the clear and nothing would happen but need an oil change. Well that all changed. I literally was in xxxx with that Jeep. Everything and anything was happening, they would fix it n say, hey everything is great it runs perfect n no crap 1-2 days later. I was there bringing it back and in a rental again. I was in a rental more than I was in the vehicle that I had purchased and paying for. I was beyond mad and irritated. The last time I picked it up they told me it was the best running Jeep in town and they had gone through the thing with a fine thick comb. Yea not so much, that was on mothers days and on Tuesday I was back in and it sounded like the thing was going to fall apart. I told them that was it, I wasnt taken it back and they needed to figure something out. I ended up driving away in a 2018 Jeep Cherokee this weekend. I had a new sales person whom was beyond professional and helped us get through this nightmare without hesitation. He really listened to what we had to say, even if it was just to complain and gripe over our last experience, he listened and got whatever we needed without hesitation, which I can say most won't they want there commission n ur out the door, but he wasnt even getting the commission due to him not being our original sales person. So for someone to go out of their way to make our day easier n a better experience says a lot about a person. He generally cares for the customers that walk in and not just the dollar that goes in his pocket. I am beyond grateful for his generosity and caring so much.
