When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. Love my new Jeep I stopped in at Bonneville & Son just because I was curious about what trade-in value I could get for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, thinking I may be a I stopped in at Bonneville & Son just because I was curious about what trade-in value I could get for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, thinking I may be able to trade up to a 2013 or 2014 model and stay close to my current payment. Imagine my surprise a few hours later when I was driving home in my brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 36 miles on it! Thanks to Rick and Norm for coming up with a great deal that works for me. Rick is knowledgeable, and he listened to my wants and needs to get me into a fantastic vehicle--one that's way above and beyond what I expected. I'm a very happy customer! Rick is efficient, polite, professional and an overall excellent person to work with, and he was extremely helpful in handling my trade. One of the first things I told Rick was that buying / trading cars is one of my least favorite things to do, but it's dropped down to the bottom of that list after this recent experience. Tough To Deal With Customer is Happy There is not much more to say than what is in the title. Rick is courteous and professional, and most importantly he has even me believing that he is There is not much more to say than what is in the title. Rick is courteous and professional, and most importantly he has even me believing that he is working to make the customer happy. For example, we signed the paperwork this past Friday evening, and drove away with the truck. That evening we felt some rattling in the truck that was not felt in the test drive. Monday I called up the service department and booked a service date 2 weeks out (their earliest availability). When I contacted Rick to let him know what was going on, he worked with the service department to get my truck in the next day. And to top it all off, even though I was expecting a battle about having to pick up some of the cost of the repair, when I was told of the issue and it being fixed, I was also told "Bonneville picked up all charges for the repair." Thank you Rick! You kept your word. That matters most to me. More
