Steve and his crew did a good job once I brought the car in. I am still disappointed in the fact that in 29k miles I have had 3 batteries. I ordered some accessories for my Cadillac Escalade. They came in early and I got a phone call and they got me in a day early. I don't know who installed my accessories but he did a great job.
