Great place I have been going to Plaza for many years. Just bought my second car from them. Great sales and service. Rick Jimenez, my sales guy, when over all t I have been going to Plaza for many years. Just bought my second car from them. Great sales and service. Rick Jimenez, my sales guy, when over all the gadgets in the car. Couldn't figure out have of it. But he was patient and we figured out the stuff I really needed. He even came to my house to insure that my car was programmed correctly to open my garage door. Now that is service. Thanks Rick. More

Damaged paint Asked them to check the lift gate on my SRX. Having issues at times going up and down on Friday 2/1. Went to see if it worked any better that evenin Asked them to check the lift gate on my SRX. Having issues at times going up and down on Friday 2/1. Went to see if it worked any better that evening and noticed a cluster of scratches on the lift gate. Will call first thing Monday AM to report. Car was not detailed upon delivery. Was told verbally that the Cue System was shot and they had to order a whole new one, yet the paperwork says they are ordering a part for it?? More
