I live in Irvine and there is two mazda dealerships near me, and usually go there for routine services. Honestly all of the Mazda staffs are very nice and friendly. But I've just gotten the best offer and s me, and usually go there for routine services. Honestly all of the Mazda staffs are very nice and friendly. Purchased our car from Rick Katz a week ago. I went in just to look at the CX-5 carbon edition and loved it. Rick was not pushy and great to work with. Rick Katz was genuine and professional in both knowledge and appearance. Much more than the typical "what number can I give you to earn your business" bs-er. Paul in finance was also top notch. Unusual to find one, let alone two such professional well spoken people in a car dealership in Southern CA today. I probably could have gotten a little better price at one of those 15 acre dealerships out in the desert, but I trusted Rich and was happy to do business with him. I will certainly give the dealership's maintenance department a chance. I know maintenance is the cash cow, but hopefully I won't need a new, not covered by the warranty head gasket at my first oil change. More
