On our way into the dealership to buy our new Ridgeline, someone ran a stop sign, hit our trade-in vehicle, and ran. While waiting on the police to arrive, I texted Rick Kruger a photo of the damage. We had the deal re-worked with the damaged trade-in very reasonably. So glad it worked out and appreciative of the understanding from the staff with our situation. More

Quick & Painless I had already researched vehicles and knew what I was looking for. Dealer was busy but still worked together to get me a vehicle to test drive and did I had already researched vehicles and knew what I was looking for.
