I had my truck in for service at Don Ayres Honda, and knew I was planning to start looking for a new car. After our meeting, even before I had driven a CR-V, I felt confident I would love the car. Rick Kruger made sure I had the necessary resources to view available vehicles and that I had his contact information so that I could reach out to him if I found a car that I interested me. I appreciated that he reached out to me when there was a car that fit my criteria. Rick Kruger always made time for me. I never felt pressure to make a decision. Every step of the car-buying process was seamless. He was right - he is in the ‘people business’. He has the best sense of humor and is a great guy, which made the process so fun and not stressful at all. Rick Kruger helped me find the perfect 2021 Honda CR-V. He explained many features of the car to me. It’s been a very long time since I’ve purchased a car and I was so behind on the technology.
