My Salesman & Finance Manager Report Card I date back to D.C. Rachel Ford and Bob Lacey Ford in Robstown. I bought many vehicles from Simone Lerma and once he passed away, I've bought my Ford I date back to D.C. Rachel Ford and Bob Lacey Ford in Robstown. I bought many vehicles from Simone Lerma and once he passed away, I've bought my Fords from Rick Lerma. I will say that Rick inherited many of his dad's attributes. Especially, he learned and practices top caliber people's skills. He goes way above and beyond what the average salesperson does. He also follows up after the sale to ensure that you are pleased with what you purchased; plus, assures you that he is always ready and able to help you. I am 82 and my wife, Eunice, is 82. Both Rick and the Finance Manager, Ruben Martinez, worked really hard on a very difficult trade to get Eunice back into a Ford Edge Titanium. Both of your employees are highly ethical and honest men who are very patient when dealing with us elderly. More
