Lupe was very patient and courteous with me while scheduling and rescheduling test drives around our busy schedules. Javier Guzman and Jose Martinez made us feel welcome from beginning to end. They both made the sales process very comfortable. Not once during the whole process did we feel any pressure. At the end of the day, we agreed on a price that I thought was both fair and competitive with similar vehicles on the market. I would definitely refer my friends and family to go see Javier and Jose for their pre-owned vehicle needs. Rick in finance had us in and out in 20 minutes. By far the best financing experience I have ever had. All around everyone above made this car buying experience very enjoyable and to me that's a real stretch! Great job all and thank you again! I had a terrible experience at a dealership just prior to arriving to sunrise Chevy, I was not encouraged but because we were near the area we stopped at sunrise Chevy anyway.... I am so glad we did, we met Luchiano AkA "Primo", and his manager Brian. They were the absolute best! They treated my family as if we were all family.
