When we asked for an estimate of how long it would be, it turned out to be exactly what he estimated. All issues resolved, communicated with us several times while we waited, a very pleasant experience! More

When I call Rick Parbhunath he is the Service Consultant and need a oil change whatever day and time I need to come in he is able to get me in right away I always wait for my vehicle and it's never a long wait he is super nice and courtesy I love the Dealership and I highly recommend them to everyone I know. More

Service I bought my 2007 Mazda CX7 Grand Touring from Jeremy on September of 2012. And from that point on we have a great customer relationship. Then the firs I bought my 2007 Mazda CX7 Grand Touring from Jeremy on September of 2012. And from that point on we have a great customer relationship. Then the first time I had service done on my car then I met Rick and the bond was made. The professionaliziem between Jeremy and Rick towards myself and other customers are underpass!!! I am alway greeted with a smile and firm handshake which is a form respect and greatly appreciated!!! All my questions are answered and explained. Rick and Jeremy go above and beyond to take care of myself and all of their customers. As far the rest of the Executive Kia staff.. I am greatly empressed! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know! Rick and Jeremy are a step above the rest!!! More

Hello there I have given the service department this rating because they are the best to trust your safety with.I bought my car in 2004 and would never go anywhere else.They always inform me of things I rating because they are the best to trust your safety with.I bought my car in 2004 and would never go anywhere else.They always inform me of things I need to address with my vechile and how to have it done at a great price!! They are also the friendliest people to have to talk with about my vechile which sometimes is another language to me.I ask a lot of questions!! And may I add I consider them like family! I am a single mom and to know there are people I can trust with my safety. More

I have purchased 3 cars from executive, lagrely because of the way i am treated by their service departments. The Kia dealership is a cut above the rest. Todd was great when i baught my 2011 Optima and gav of the way i am treated by their service departments. The Kia dealership is a cut above the rest. Todd was great when i baught my 2011 Optima and gave me a fair price based on the competition. Every time i go in for service I am greeted with a smile, amd rick and jeremy make sure to recommend the things i need. I appreciate that they prepare me when i have large services coming up. I always know ahead of time what to expect price wise. Weather you purchased from Executive Kia or somewhere,get your service done there. A great team all around. As with any dealership, the prices are a bit higher than your local mechanic. There is something to be said,however, about paying a bit more for the knowledge and experience the dealership has with your car. All around, a great experience at not just the executive kia service department, but with the executive and liberty dealerships in general. I have dealt specifically with the Honda, Dodge, Nissan, and Kia dealerships and feel comfortable with any of them working on my car. More

I always take my vehicle to get serviced at executive kia. The staff is always so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They always make you feel comfortable and that you are a priority. They always make sure you understand everything and I never feel like they are trying to get more out of my pocket than necessary. Every time I walk into the Service Department, Rick greets me by name, making me feel very welcome. I have recently moved about a half hour away and I still go out of my way to get my car serviced the greets me by name, making me feel very welcome.
