I recently had a situation with my 2013 Kia optima, which was purchased at the Premier Kia of Branford dealership in Branford, Ct. I was turned away from the Branford Dealership because they were booked up and wouldn't even look at my car to ease my concerns. I immediately took it to the Wallingford Dealership and even though they were booked up Rick had a Tech take a look at it to ease my concerns. Executive Kia of Wallingford has earned my business for any and all future scheduled maintenance because of Rick's caring and professionalism.
