And, the shuttle driver seemed a little confused and found it difficult to find my street -- I provided directions to get back to the service location. I'd invest in a good, easy to use GPS system for the driver. More

Purchase Pacifica Bought a Lincoln Aviator used from the Lincoln store in 2006 from Steve and were very pleased with him and Ed in service. I'm in a brand new Pacfica and havoa really tough issue. These guys have taken zero responsibility for helping get me through it. I've been there twice, both times they refused to troubleshoot the issue and solution...which is simple btw. Chrysler FCA was no better they told me to go to dealer, dealer told me to go to Chrysler, and around and around we go. 10+ calls, even more hours later and I'm no further along than when I started. Do your homework, find a dealer that understands customer service and go there. Avoid this place, you can do better. More
