Wow, what a delightful experience! My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Nimnicht Chevrolet, located at 1550 Cassat Avenue in Jacksonville Florida. We showed up at this dealership on My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Nimnicht Chevrolet, located at 1550 Cassat Avenue in Jacksonville Florida. We showed up at this dealership on Sunday afternoon after the dealership was closed. We began looking around the lot and shortly thereafter, a dedicated employee named Cristian Beltran came out of the building and asked if he could be of assistance to us. To our amazement Cristian spent more than half an hour with us and showed us several vehicles. He absolutely caused us to feel like he was genuinely glad to have us there. We departed the dealership and we returned on Monday. We spent much of the day with Cristian but we decided we needed to leave and come back the following day on Tuesday. Cristian was agreeable and we purchased a vehicle from him on Tuesday. He programed the vehicle for us and explained many of the features to our satisfaction. It was actually fun!!! there were several other employees that I must mention that made this such a delightful adventure. Elizabeth Yanda took care of our auto insurance transfer. We walked out of her office absolutely amazed at her kindness and ability in getting this accomplished so quickly. Our last stop was with Rickie Edwin, the business manager. Rickie explained the many forms requiring our signatures and once again this was a really great experience. We felt like we found family members that we never previously knew.
