Ron dd a good job delegating what needed to be done for a bad cylinder on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dealer had it for 5 days which seemed long but was told it was because of the hours needed to get done. bad cylinder on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dealer had it for 5 days which seemed long but was told it was because of the hours needed to get done. No courtesy car offered to help with the inconvenience this caused. Picked up car when done but had to bring back a few days later due to an oil leak with the new gasket. They Had it for a few more days and did offer a car to use. Have car back now again and am watching closely for leaks. Returned it again cause air conditioner was not cooling. Went back and was told something that didn't get plugged in when engine got put back together. This car was not at 70,000 miles and a cylinder goes bad??? Very Well kept, always serviced at dealer and no over heating. I was just in having this Jeep serviced a few weeks earlier. This is rare for a well kept car. I have now lost confidence in the longevity of this car. More

Initially I took my vehicle in to get a new coil pack and sparkplugs. When I was on my way home from the dealership, my car caught on fire. I called the dealership and they had it towed back to them the foll sparkplugs. When I was on my way home from the dealership, my car caught on fire. I called the dealership and they had it towed back to them the following day. They had my vehicle for 3 months and I didn't hear from them for 2 months. I would not recommend this dealership based on communication with customers and the fact that my vehicle caught fire right after they worked on it. I have a difficult time trusting them again with my vehicle. More

Problem solved after my 3rd visit; however immediately upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed a new problem. A loud vibrating noise when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Bottom line this means more time and upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed a new problem. A loud vibrating noise when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Bottom line this means more time and effort in making arrangements to get my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. Not to mention not having use of my vehicle again. More
