Run instead of purchasing a car from this dealership. Anyone purchasing a car has basic expectations for a dealership. Prepare for David Taylor Belleville to abysmally fail at meeting those. If you’re looking for honesty, this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for a car that runs decently, David Taylor Belleville won’t provide that. If you’re looking for a company that cares, turn away. In our experience, the David Taylor team provided false information on their website regarding the vehicle we bought. They begrudgingly admitted that it’s a third-party server and it often publishes incorrect information. The car we bought has several issues it seems the dealership masked upon purchase; and if they were, indeed, unaware, then they have no business selling cars. The team made a severe error in the paperwork, leaving us with the burden of fixing the mistake. While we aren’t auto experts, we’ve purchased several cars over the years, and we have never had issues like we experienced with this team. We’ve learned several valuable lessons from this. Most importantly, never purchase a car from David Taylor Belleville. More

Shop at your own risk! Waited 25 minutes for a salesman to even approach me. Comes out drinking a cup of water (never offered me anything), tells me that he can get friend Waited 25 minutes for a salesman to even approach me. Comes out drinking a cup of water (never offered me anything), tells me that he can get friend into 2020 Jeep at better rate than United Auto Credit, then I have to chase him down to follow up. The next day he says “Will have answers today,” but it took an UNRETURNED phone call to the Sales Manager to have the sales guy text me back with the attached messages BLATANTLY LYING about the role of a co-signer and not needing to run credit! Shady salespeople can’t be trusted, and worse is when MANAGEMENT doesn’t follow through either! More
