Shop at your own risk! Waited 25 minutes for a salesman to even approach me. The next day he says “Will have answers today,” but it took an UNRETURNED phone call to the Sales Manager to have the sales guy text me back with the attached messages BLATANTLY LYING about the role of a co-signer and not needing to run credit! Shady salespeople can’t be trusted, and worse is when MANAGEMENT doesn’t follow through either! More

Wendy Foster in service is absolutely terrific. She always go above and beyond, is genuinely concerned about your needs and is always ready to help. I unfortunately have had issues with a brand new Jee always go above and beyond, is genuinely concerned about your needs and is always ready to help. I unfortunately have had issues with a brand new Jeep Compass and she always makes sure to listen and gives me her attention. David Taylor managers, Crystal Cannon and Steven (shuttle guy, hope that's right) have been making sure I am being taken care of until Jeep rectifies the situation with my car. I really appreciate all of your help. I loved that truck and it's too bad it has so many issues. I know Crystal is going to make sure I get something that will be more reliable.
