I have had a horrible experience with purchasing at Bozard. My husband had to call 6 times to get our deposit refunded. It’s been over 2 weeks and my trade in has not been paid off. I have not yet rece Bozard. My husband had to call 6 times to get our deposit refunded. It’s been over 2 weeks and my trade in has not been paid off. I have not yet received my registration renewal from the vehicle I traded in. Communication is awful and unless you consistently call nothing that was supposed to be done the day I purchased my new vehicle has been done. I received a phone call 2 days ago asking about this and the issues were provided. I was told “well hopefully we have answers by this evening” that was 2 days ago and I have yet to receive a call back. Will definitely NOT go to Bozard again! More
