To say that I am very particular would be an understatement. I was looking to replace my 2010 SRX which by the way was the best car I have ever owned! I wanted to return to Delaware Cadillac because they are First Class and have an excellent service department. I was fortunate to work with Mike. He listened to my needs, answered my endless questions and went the extra mile to make certain I found the perfect car for me. He is very knowledgeable, patient and a man of his word. If Mike says he will do something, consider it done! Nothing is too much trouble. He even returned my calls while on vacation! Mike’s customers are his number one priority and he is honest to a fault. He is an asset to Delaware Cadillac and the automobile industry. Thanks to Mike, I am a very satisfied customer. More
