To say that I am very particular would be an understatement. I was looking to replace my 2010 SRX which by the way was the best car I have ever owned! I wanted to return to Delaware Cadillac because they are First Class and have an excellent service department. I was fortunate to work with Mike. He listened to my needs, answered my endless questions and went the extra mile to make certain I found the perfect car for me. He is very knowledgeable, patient and a man of his word.
