Lot of waiting And disappointing outcome Bought the Tucson on Wednesday and brought vehicle in Thursday evening to be left for window tint, was given a loaner santa fe vehicle and found i lik Bought the Tucson on Wednesday and brought vehicle in Thursday evening to be left for window tint, was given a loaner santa fe vehicle and found i liked that better, i picked up vehicle late friday evening and saturday i asked the salesman about the exchange policy to a different vehicle, i was informed that if i came in saturday they could do it but unfortunately i worked until 5pm and couldn't make it in, considering i didn't have the vehicle for a day of the 3 day exchange policy it was rather upsetting that they wouldn't exchange vehicle when i went in monday because my 3 days was up. This unfortunately changed my satisfaction with this dealership More

I'm upset about my 2017 Hyundai Tucson This will be my first time writing a bad review about you guys, so I took my car in to get it checked out to get an oil change and it had some manufac This will be my first time writing a bad review about you guys, so I took my car in to get it checked out to get an oil change and it had some manufacturer fixes in needed before all of that I had washed my car I wiped it down myself no scratches were on my vehicle but when I took it to you guys somehow scratches were on my vehicle they said they have to watch the video which they did to find out what happened, and we set up appointment to get my car in to get the scratches off I stated to the sale representative because the car had a lot of dust on it I couldn't see where all the scratches were but it looks to me both sides had scratches on it I don't even know if they fixed it but what has me really f****** pissed off after getting my car back get inside my car driving off my mother noticed on the passenger side of the vehicle glove compartment had a long scratch going from the radio all the way to glove Department now how the xxxx did a scratch get inside the vehicle not for me I take really good care of my car here is the service manager I washed a lot of cars and none of them has scratches on it maybe it's because you deal with older people that don't look closely at their cars because honey when I came there were no scratches and I left with scratches baby please but I haven't stayed at the rest of it when I got inside my car it didn't feel right someone was in my car I should have taken pictures because it didn't feel right because after seeing a scratch I'm not blaming you guys I'm blaming you ever you sent the car to because they did More than supposedly fixed the scratches they drove my car they scratched the inside of my car in it look extra Dusty inside, so I'm trying to be the nicest 24 year old I can be because I'm in love with my car here's another note Why did the cell manager told me to come back on my next Oil Change I'm trying to be nice here I really am More

Awesome experience Went in to see if I could purchase a new vehicle with not much credit and no money to put down. I was financed through my own bank which turned out to be better in the long run. Besides all that, Ricky is an amazing person! He is not just just your average sales guy. He kept it real and was down to earth with me. Ricky went above and beyond spending a lot of time with me making sure I was happy. I couldn't be happier. Family Hyundai is the perfect name for this place....they truly do treat you like family from the minute I walked through the door to the moment I left. From Ricky, to the finance men, and back to Ricky again. Awesome people! More
