Best Experience Ever It was a very pleasurable experience. It was right at closing that I got there. My sales guy Ricky was so understanding and made sure I walked out of It was a very pleasurable experience. It was right at closing that I got there. I was on the hunt for a very specific used car and found it o I can't say enough about how fantastic this car buying experience was at Family Hyundai! I was on the hunt for a very specific used car and found it online the day it arrived to Family Hyundai. I made an inquiry with Jennifer and she kept me posted daily about the car's availability as it went through inspection and vetting after arriving on the lot. I worked with Ricky for the actual purchase, and he and everyone else at the dealership made me feel comfortable about the purchase, and even more so, about the negotiation process (which we all know is never fun). I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in - they're family-owned and their staff is genuine, and you can tell the minute you walk in the door. More

He narrowed it down to 2 SUVs, but he already knew which I'd like better. He kept my budget in mind. He was straight forward and no typical salesman bs. I never felt pressured and he didn't sound like he was reading from a script. Ricky gets an A+ in my book for giving me exactly what I wanted!!! PLEASE do not hesitate to go to Family Hyundai & ask for Ricky! More

Ricky Gushi's the best!!! I just recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from Ricky and I absolutely LOVE my car. Ricky was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and down to eart I just recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from Ricky and I absolutely LOVE my car. Ricky was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and down to earth. I looked around at a few other places and this dealership was by far the best experience I had. Ricky was very genuine and gave me a lot of helpful advice throughout the entire process. You can tell he really cares about the quality of customer service and it shows!
