My experience has been poor. I purchased a used vehicle and in less than three months there are engine issues. The car won't start and is stuck in my driveway. The roadside assis I purchased a used vehicle and in less than three months there are engine issues. The car won't start and is stuck in my driveway. The roadside assistance program they sold me with my service package is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with. In a 12-hour span of time I have tried repeatedly to get this car towed back to the dealer for service and they have failed to do so. This terrible car is sitting useless in my driveway. This should not be the case this soon after purchase. I desperately needed a sound, dependable transportation vehicle. All I've gotten is a nightmare. Buyer beware. More
