The reason I chose to sell the CDJR brand is because of the HEMI and Cummins engines and the RAM truck. These three products are the best in the industry, hands down. I'm convinced that the RAM truck combined with either engine provides you with the best truck for your money. And will provide you with more profits in your business when you use it for your business. Absolutely the most truck for your money. I have been selling cars at Hayes CDJR for a little over 2 years, since retiring from the insurance industry after 23 years. My wife and I have been married for 28 years and we have 3 great sons and 3 wonderful grandchildren. My passion is spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

Superb Truck Buying Experience Bought my very first truck today and my experience was superb. Ritch was very helpful through out the entire process. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. John was a pleasure to work with also, he went over all the financing details and made it easy for me to understand. They made my kids and I feel welcome and comfortable. It didn't really feel like I was buying a new truck, because it was not a high pressure environment, which for me is a plus. I would definitely recommend this establishment yo anyone for your next car or truck buying experience. Pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed. In short? I'd call it epic!!! I much prefer the Gainesville Hayes Dodge dealership to the Lawrenceville dealer. Rich was very attentive to my needs knew exactly what I wanted where it was went and got it for me. When I got to the dealership at 10:45 that morning we got it all the paperwork going and I was approved by 12:30 that day and off alot by 1:30. Low Pressure, Knowledgeable I met Ritch Wharton while shopping for a vehicle for my wife on Black Friday. Although she decided on another make due to needing a smaller sized tru I met Ritch Wharton while shopping for a vehicle for my wife on Black Friday. Although she decided on another make due to needing a smaller sized truck. I kept Ritch's card. Of all the salesmen, I met or talked to during her shopping (about a dozen) Ritch at Hayes was the only one, I'd care to even call again. Just one month later, having my old vehicle go belly up AND Hayes having some great deals going on with end-of-the-year discounts, I couldn't pass up the great deal. Searching their site, I found the perfect Laramie Eco Diesel Ram 1500. As the vehicle was at their Lawrenceville dealership, I asked if Ritch could get it for me. By the time I reached the dealership, he was just returning with the truck. Very knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic salesman and sales experience! The business office was efficient and did not even try to add or sell me on package-this or opportunity-that. The numbers came out just as I expected with no hidden "features". In the following weeks, they added options that I wanted (spray in bed liner, side steps and built-in trailer brake controller). All went smoothly! Nick Colburn in service was a pleasure to work with and promptly called me when parts were in. The last, surprising experience - My Ram Box lights and lock wouldn't work on one side. I mentioned it to Ritch while Steven McDonald was within listening distance and he came over and after probing around and actually crawling under the truck (in his formal attire - no less) found the offending connector was not connected... End of problem. Where do you find a manager willing and ABLE to do that? Hayes Ram in Gainesville! More

Ritch, my salesman, is awesome! I went to Hayes with the intentions of only looking for a vehicle and getting a valuation on my car. I pulled up to the dealer and was greeted with a I went to Hayes with the intentions of only looking for a vehicle and getting a valuation on my car. I pulled up to the dealer and was greeted with a warm smile by Ritch, the salesman. I told Ritch my plan and he genuinely seemed interested in helping me with my concerns but also providing some options, if I decided to purchase. We took a drive across the street to check out the used inventory and I literally fell in love with Ritch's first choice for me. It's funny because we already built up a good rapport and he didn't tell me what I was going to see because he wanted to keep it a surprise lol. He's, I was pleasantly surprised to pull up to a black 2013 Acura! Uh hello! Wouldn't you?! I was like really? No way, Ritch but he was serious about it and it was within my budget. He grabbed the keys and we took it for a spin. I may say that this car was waiting for me and definitely made for me because it is so comfortable and felt like I already owned it. Ritch answered all of my one million and one questions without hesitation and even provided me honest feedback, based on my concerns and questions. If I could give 100 stars for Ritch's level of service, I may certainly would! More

However, things took an unexpected turn, when under the ever watchful eye of my wonderful Lord and the care, patience and expertise of my salesman Ritch Wharton, I was led to a beautiful Ram Big Horn instead...which I am thrilled to say I drove home tonight!
