River was fantastic — responsive on the phone and attentive in the service center, a full 5 stars from me. The technicians behind the scenes deserve equal credit; the work was done well and I receive attentive in the service center, a full 5 stars from me. The technicians behind the scenes deserve equal credit; the work was done well and I received a thorough report with quality images that showed real care and skill. My one wish is that Subaru would universally offer those finishing touches — a quick vacuum or a gallon of gas for warranty customers who drive in. Small gestures, but they make a lasting impression. The talent is clearly here; those extra touches would make it a 5-star experience all around. More

They had almost a full workweek to realize they didn’t have the parts needed as I scheduled my visit in advance. I then waited over an hour only to have River (very professional and polite gentleman) let have the parts needed as I scheduled my visit in advance. I then waited over an hour only to have River (very professional and polite gentleman) let me know the part wasn’t going to be available until next week or after. I live and work 4 hours away. It cost me a day of work because the business cannot effectively review upcoming appointments or take proactive action for its customers who make the effort to schedule in advance. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience here out of 2 visits and I will not be returning to your dealership for a 3rd time. More
