Honda World of Louisville, KY, like all successful dealerships appeared to have an abundance of new and used car inventory along with an abundance of customers. The place was busy when I was at the de dealerships appeared to have an abundance of new and used car inventory along with an abundance of customers. The place was busy when I was at the dealership. But what sets them apart from the others are the employees. The sales consultant that helped me along every step of the buying process name is Semsa Rizvic. She and another employee, Chuck Morelli made me feel welcomed and right at home, which took some doing since I am from Pittsburgh, PA. In fact I sorta felt bad for Semsa for being such a pain in the butt with her. However, she handled all of my silly, stupid questions like the professional she is. If you think buying a car in of its self can be a stressful process, try buying one sight unseen, hundreds of miles from home and feeling like you are at the mercy of the dealership. Yeah, you can say I felt a little out of my comfort zone. But everybody I interacted with helped me feel welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend Semsa to any one who may need a little extra tender care…she’s very good. Also, kudos to both Chuck Morelli and Cam Meredith for their customer service and genuine caring.
