BUYERS BEWARE! ! DO your research (vehicle's market value, your credit score, get loan pre-approval, etc.), physically check ALL of the numbers and READ all of the c ! DO your research (vehicle's market value, your credit score, get loan pre-approval, etc.), physically check ALL of the numbers and READ all of the contracts (BEFORE you sign) that Colonial Hyundai of Downingtown gives you or you might drive away with a new vehicle but knowing that you were overcharged for it through unscrupulous means. (I made this mistake and stepped into every used car salesman tactics even though I bought a new car.) Remember, you're free to walk away and not sign anything if you're not comfortable with the terms and conditions they give you because PA does NOT have a "cooling off period" where you can change your mind after you sign. Also, they will add extra costs (nitrogen tires, Crystal Fusion, pre-delivery inspection? all totaling close to $1,000. They discuss the nitrogen and Crystal Fusion but don't mention that they're OPTIONAL add-on warranty costs so I incorrectly assumed they were all part of the car price.) to the sale price that you originally agreed upon. Like other customers have stated, we came to see a vehicle that was advertised on their website and was told that they had it in stock only to find out when we arrive that it's not but they do have another more expensive model (with dealer upcharges near $6,000 over MSRP so that you think that you're getting a "good deal" if you're able to get down closer MSRP) . If you're well prepared, you may be able to get a good deal from them but don't assume they'll be upfront with you. I've bought cars from other dealerships before but I've never felt so cheated as I did buying from Colonial. Personally, I suggest that you STAY AWAY from doing business with Colonial Hyundai of Downingtown. More

Went to look at the G70 for a lease...a $52k car... I've gotten quotes for similar cars as well as other genesis dealers. This place tried to screw me how so you ask?? Went to BMW to look at a $60k car which leases for $550 a month. Went to another genesis dealer which leases for around $600 a month. What did they want? They try to gouge me for in a $52k vehicle?? $910 a month with the same exact lease requirements. So double what i was quoted for several other dealers. How does he do it?? Possibly just soulless More

Everyone I worked with or met at this dealership, with the exception of Rob Barba, was very friendly and professional. He and he alone is responsible for the less than perfect rating for Colonial Hyundai. My Product Specialist, Tammy Zegac, was one of the most professional and helpful salespersons I have ever met. She went way above and beyond before and after the sale. All and all, it was a very pleasant experience, except for Rob. In my opinion, he would benefit from some soft skills training. More
