We had extended warranty issue with our 2017 Edge. Turned out we needed long block engine replacement. Our Tech, Rob, followed through with Ford, secured us a loaner in a few days. It took five months for them to order a part that wasn’t put on my vehicle when I had it in for recall work. They never ordered the part, lost the pictures and notes that they took to document the repair. A put on my vehicle when I had it in for recall work. After months of waiting to hear from them thinking that it was a shipping delay, they finally order the part. When it comes in after a week, I arrive at the dealership and find out that they ordered the wrong part. More waiting to get it put on my vehicle. Finally it’s been put on and I hope to not have any further problems. More

Things went as well as could probably be expected, considering our first service rep got Covid the day after we started working with him but the other guys picked up the slack and got us a rental even considering our first service rep got Covid the day after we started working with him but the other guys picked up the slack and got us a rental even though with EAA going on there were hardly any cars available. I think Ford held things up more than anything deciding whether to fix our transmission or put in a new one. But all in all your service department did a pretty nice job. More
